AP Seenah

AP Seenah typeface tends to be a modernized Koufi style with some flavored Naskh touches here and there, you can trace it for example on the "heh middle" glyph, and on other different characters.

When we designed this typeface, we based it on the old Koufi type designs, this old Koufi had been developed over the time, a natural progression and enhancement led to the birth of what we know, appreciate and still use until today; the Qur'an Naskh script style.

The design aim here is to produce a user friendly Koufi typeface that is suitable for everyday and todays' needs. It is highly geometric, soiled looks, the heights of the characters were carefully balanced, a stylized edges forms what it looks like a "slab serifs", was added to give the design uniqueness and to enhance the legibility for some characters.

AP Seenah include four weights, bold, regular, light and extra light.
